Meet Krissi!

Hi Everybody!!

So you have found your way onto my blog, OWLsome!!

I bet you are curious to know who I am.... :) I know, I am pretty exciting! Heehee

Let's see...

I am a Mompreneur, Student and Wife living in the Northern Valley of California....oh yea, that is me above!

Did I mention I am a Mom?? Yep, I am a mommy to two beautiful, smart little girls:

Abigail Sue, or Abby, who is 6 years old

It was "Nerd Day" at school!

Adalynn Skye, or Addy, who is 3 years old

But we cannot leave out the leading man in our lives, my Husband

So as you can see, we are a Military family <3

Now more about me!

I am a full time Communications student, I actually only have 9 credits to graduation!! Woot, Woot! I am not done though, I will be immediately enrolled in my Masters program working towards my MBA in Marketing...can you tell I love to learn?

On top of being a Wife, Mommy & student...I also run two successful at home businesses.  Which you have been introduced to one now, Origami Owl.

So what is Origami Owl?

It is unique, customizable jewelry!

Our line is made up mostly by what we term "living lockets" - spectacular lockets in which you can tell your story through floating charms, plates, dangles and tags! Honestly, it is too awesome to even put into words...check out my virtual catalog to get a glimpse!

I fell in love with Origami Owl last Christmas...

It all started when I went on the hunt for unique, customizable gifts for my daughters...I wanted something special to showcase the sister bond they have...but I did not want the same old same old stuff you get at the stores..I wanted to build it and make it special.

I searched and found these "Living Lockets" and knew it was the PERFECT gift! I built their necklaces, piece by piece...making them extra special for both of them.  I will never forget when that little package showed up at my front door...

Excitement does not begin to explain my feelings.

I stewed on the products for a few months, and decided in March the following year that I just had to be a part of these beautiful little lockets.  So I registered, and my journey began.

I will say that I have never been happier with my decision to be a part of the Origami Owl family, to help others tell their stories through jewelry is a very rewarding and remarkable job to have!
